Here’s how this website may be used and how Air to Air Heat Pumps Bristol prices and delivers its work. Every job is also governed by the written proposal you accept.

Information here is general guidance about heat pumps and air conditioning. Price ranges are estimates; your price is confirmed in writing after a survey.

Proposals

Our proposals list the equipment, work included, price, any grant deduction and exclusions, and are valid for 30 days unless stated. Should fitting reveal something nobody could have spotted on the visit, work pauses until you’ve agreed how to proceed.

Grants

A Boiler Upgrade Scheme deduction depends on the property meeting the scheme rules and Ofgem approving the application. If it isn’t approved, we’ll discuss options before any work goes ahead.

Cancellation

If you accept a proposal away from our office as a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel. Ask us to begin sooner and you may owe for work completed before you cancel.

Permissions

You are responsible for obtaining consent from any freeholder, landlord or managing agent. We’ll flag it if we think planning or listed building consent is required.

Our responsibilities

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill and are responsible for damage caused by our negligence. Equipment warranties follow each manufacturer’s own terms, typically including a yearly service.
